What is XOOTEQ?
XOOTEQ is a technology R&D company. It builds software and AI systems, makes films with artificial intelligence through its studio DUMBORD, runs an environmental initiative called the Green Revolution, and brings builders together as a community it calls the Tribe. The company is XOOTEQ LAB PRIVATE LIMITED.
What does XOOTEQ do?
Four things. Technology: software, AI and infrastructure that solve real problems. AI cinema: filmmaking with AI tools, through DUMBORD. The Green Revolution: planting trees and protecting green spaces. And community: finding people with burning passion and good ideas, and building with them.
Is XOOTEQ an agency or an accelerator?
Neither. XOOTEQ is not an agency and not an accelerator: it is builders inviting other builders to the table. There are no pitch decks and no demo days, and XOOTEQ doesn’t hire talent so much as recognize it.
What is DUMBORD?
DUMBORD is an AI film studio, established in 2025 as a XOOTEQ initiative. It makes cinema with artificial intelligence instead of sets, crews and locations. Its line is “We shoot the impossible.” It lives at dumbord.com.
What is the Green Revolution?
The Green Revolution is XOOTEQ’s environmental initiative. Every quarter, in every city we operate in, we plant trees, protect green spaces and spread awareness. It is direct, physical action rather than carbon credits: regeneration, not just less harm.
How can I build with XOOTEQ?
Through Build With Us, for builders aged 18 to 35 who are making something unconventional. XOOTEQ offers workspace, living space, hardware, GPU access, dev infrastructure and a peer network of engineers, filmmakers, researchers and designers. Tell XOOTEQ what you’re building at hello@xooteq.com; it replies to everyone. Degrees don’t matter — what you’ve built does.

Register on the Creation page at xooteq.com/creation to join the beta. Beta members get new products the moment they ship, unlock features first, help shape what XOOTEQ builds, and can join the testing team as developers.
